Fifty or sixty years ago, when musical instruments were not so common and powerful, for the entertainment of distant relatives and guests who visited the Parni or Tohar river, Bhat Dhani Naat Raag Virag, Soghar Kachari, Mushkri, Bhog Thaka.  etc.  Arrange parties.  In their village, local artistes Malhan Rattar and Varyam Kokar would often come and perform for raga melas.  A couple of times Ustad Manzoor, Jalal Chandio, Anwar Ustad, Raza Ustad, Barkat Ali Bhat, Aalan Faqir etc. also came to the party.

The famous magician of Sindh Abdul Jabbar Rajpar is related to our village, the famous magician of Sindh Muhammad Abbasi, Ghulam Sarwar Haliputu, Elahi Bakhsh Shar, Haji Khan Shar, Qurban Ali Bardi etc. are included.  For Mushkari, Sindh's famous Mushkar Eidan Mushkar, Qadeen Mushkar and Kuv Mushkar came on different occasions and made the villagers laugh.  Apart from this, young people used to talk to each other on happy occasions.

In the 1980s, the use of loudspeakers and record players became common in street fairs.  Muhammad Saleh and the National Punjabi Loudspeaker were famous among us.  Whenever there was a wedding in the vicinity, one of them would bring a loudspeaker and play music on the wall day and night.  At that time, Jalal Chande and Noorjhan were on the rise.  Following are some of his famous songs.

Dagbaaz Dilbar Dilsu is the best.

The hearts of millions have been stolen by giving the skin of Tiki.

 Jogi Jawan towards the mountain

 They were enchanted and explained.

The lacquer bark is from Tiki.

Hide the healing icon in the chest

Why did my heart cry with you?

 Control it with mascara.

 Gori Hai Kalyan

You, Ladi, will tear me apart.

 make me yours

 Not black black black

 My black oh dear

 Gouriyan Noon old

One of them was the services of a loudspeaker man, and the other was the close relatives and friends of the groom who paid him rupees, even rupees or five rupees.  come on!!  Groom's mother, Inayatullah, congratulated the groom, thank you very much.  At that time, the elders did not know what it felt like to say the name out loud, but for us children, it is difficult to describe the joy and pride of saying the name out loud.

At that time, if an elder named his little son out loud, it became our life's goal to name all our children out loud.  At that time, the price was four annas or eight annas, but at least Rs.  We used to harass the rich to get Rs.500.  Lying down and crying, finally Ammi would take a rupee from her granddaughter's lap and say, "Take this rupee, my voice is gone."  come on!!  come on!!  Riaz Hussain Rajpar has given a reward of one lakh rupees.

Thus, the desire to name children earned the post of Ladwari.

The name monetization formula also appealed to musicians, and artists began using requested names in their songs.  "Our dear brothers Ghulam Hussain, Jan Muhammad, Faqir Muhammad have requested this poem" etc.  Then those whose names came out, they would go and pay tribute to the artist.  The naming race went from small to large.

Time passed and the ritual of taking names increased to such an extent that now whether it is a literary meeting, an educational meeting, a political meeting or a meeting or a meeting etc., a decade ago they used to spend only minutes in taking names.  If I forget to mention someone's name at the beginning and in the middle of a speech, I remember that the person sitting in front of me did not mention their name, so I apologize and repeat their name.

You think that we children of 1980s and today's famous scholars, intellectuals, politicians, activists are standing at the same level, then how can you claim that we have progressed????

Recently a friend expressed his grief and complained that I sacrificed too much for so-and-so.  The names of Tiki Tiki people used to come in the speech, but my name did not come on the lips...!!!
